Raney Enga’s culinary career started at the age of 5 with an Easy-Bake Oven. “It was way too slow, so my mom showed me how to use the gas oven without blowing up the house,” says Raney. Her foray into the restaurant world began in college where Raney worked flipping pancakes and washing dishes at a local college-town dive. She loved it. She was hooked.
